Thank you my dear friend Sparky, it was a lot of work but so worth it, just so you know guys and it will happen to you too, believe it,(I don't think about smoking anymore) it's all in the past ancient history, I am of those who thinks ciggie smoke stinks and I stay away from it as much as I can, without offending smokers of course. I have done a lot of work on myself in the past year and a half, I am a different person now and I see things so clearly, it's never too late to quit, it brings so much positive into your life, stick with it, give it all you have and you will see....... Suzie, thanks for your good wishes and carry on one day at a time.Todash you're doing well look at those stats, Nocic also a winner congrats, thank you Danielle, you won't have to erase my posts anymore LOL, thank you again Sparky, you're a lovely person .
