You probably have set your mind up. I have learned our panic is caused by what our patterns of thinking have become and how we've progressed that line of thinking over a period of time. Have you looked over the panic program on this web site? You may find it helpful
I have just come to dread night time. I usually do okay during the day because I am busy but when night gets here it seems that my panic just seeps in. I have come to detest evenings. I lay there and wish the morning would hurry up so I can get on with the day. I don't even remember anymore what it was like to be happy and relaxed at night in front of the tv. It is usually spent sitting in a hot shower trying to overcome feelings of panic or having chest pain. I think my mind has got in such a habit that i just automatically set up for panic at night.
BIG SIGH...
