Anna I love this post I,m talking to a new member right now.
I,m glad to see sombody has the same attitude as I do maybe she,ll see this post as well.A big bear hugg for you.. :)
The choice is all yours. Have an easy or a tough quit. Be happy or be sad. Look forwar or look back. Embrace it or fight it. You can be excited that you have made the tough leap, or sad that you have jumped. You have come this far so do what you want. Smoke or Don't.
Alot of people have choosen the tough road only to end up smoking again. If you want to quit, you can.
Enjoy the process, it takes time. Read up on what is happening to your body as the hours tick away that you haven't smoked. Drink lots of water, chew on something, deep breath like you are inhaling.
You will not be cured over night. But day by day you can get better, have some patience. Sit and dwell or move on to the place that you want to be or else you wouldn't be here right now.
