Kristilu, I lived here that first 10 days. I sat at this pc and read this site hours, at night, when I couldn't sleep, when I was irritated, angry, until the crave passed. I also read books, I bought an author's whole backlist, some 40 books, mostly used and read them all. Do whatever it takes, but keep quitting. I promise the craves will stop, just don't smoke. Just hang tough. I know you can do it. You are so worth this quit. Your body is just adjusting to not smoking and the demon wants to break your spirit. Hammer and nails, never tried it, but sounds fun as long as you don't hit your thumb :eg: What you are going though will pass, promise. But if you smoke and then try and quit again you have to go though this all over again, so just hang in there it will get better. You and Den are doing great and the two of you will kick a$$. Try and have a good evening. Hot shower and bed :p always worked for me. Well, I guess it would be a good idea to invest in several boards and several nails, although I'm not sure if I could drive and hammer at the same time. Den, I think you and I are experiencing the exact same thing. The after work crave from hell! I did so good at work today, thought I had it whooped and then out of nowhere comes this hellacious junkie girl inside trying to whoop my *ss! We gotta take the gloves off girl! We can do this. We gotta stop listening to that junkie and whoop her *ss! Anyway, I see what my weakness is,... getting angry. So I'm working on ways to combat that... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
