Hey, Mike. Congrats on your first month!
Lots of us have had & still have those milestone cravings. They don't last long & the concensus is it's the junkie reminding you he's not quite dead yeat & making a last ditch effort to catch you in a weak moment.
Weak moment because we are used to rewarding ourselves with a smoke when we accomplish something. So, here you are with an accomplishment, 30 fabulous smoke free days & the junkie starts whispering that he wants his reward.
So reward yourself, not the junkie! You're the one that's doing the hard thing so get yourself something special, wahtever you like. Books, musice, clothes, something for our house or car.
It won't last long. Drink water, breathe, laugh at the pathetic junkie & do something nice for yourself!
