The makers of Celexa revamped the chemical structure to remove the side effects and renamed the new structure, Lexapro. Celexa is a great med. I just couldn't get back on it after I stopped it back in February. I started Lexapro and although it has less side effects, I got extremely agigated at high doses initially. I'm down to 2.5mgs at 18days and thinking of moving up a milligram. Yes, my lexapro pills are in little tiny bits LOL :)

Does anyone know if there is a difference between Celexa and Lexapro? My doctor told me there is not a diffence between these drugs except for the price, is this true? I am not noticing a huge difference in the way I am feeling, so was wondering if I should change to Lexapro? FestiveFeet <><
