Khris, Brenda had some great ideas. Definitely take books on tape or self-help tapes (a favorite of mine) when you go tomorrow. I also take with me all of my comfort items that I use at home (chamomile tea, heating pad, relaxation tape, etc). I let a family member or friend who helps me with anxiety know that I may need to call so that they are aware in advance I may need support. But, like Brenda, I mostly try to concentrate on the things I want to do when I'm away. I always ask myself "Rachele is this excitement not anxiety?" because once you have had an attack sometimes its hard to tell the difference. Good luck! Let us know how it goes. Rachele
