A suggestion one of our mods (I think it was Danielle, but not sure)made a ways back was to make a "break basket" for work. Fill it with little mini rewards, like sugar free candy, gum, word finds, crosswords, sodokus, books (I'd suggest Off the Mark or Gary Larsen for laughs), special drinks, etc. Things you can reward yourself with and take a little break like you used to with cigarettes. Nonsmokers get breaks, too you know ;p
