Happy to say that tomorrow I will be at the beach... I am amazed at all I have done since my quit like: Started an exercise program Quit caffeine totally. No sodas, coffee, chocolate, nothing. Started a diet (To lose those extra pounds quitting put on) :confuse: Finally went on a family vacation in the car and did not think about smoking. this was great. And a whole lot more really. I just feel more like I want to live. it's strange but true.
