The symptoms you described definately do sound like those associated with panic and anxiety. You should see your Doctor as soon as possible just to be on the safe side. There are meds that can help you. Try taking the anxiety test on the left side of the screen. You can print your results and take them with you to the doctor to help him understand exactly how you are feeling. Good luck to you.

Your doctor can help you. If this is the first time you have had these symptoms, then go to your doctor or walk-in clinic. Get yourself checked out and see what the diagnosis is. It could be nothing, however, you need to make sure.

iS THIS PANIC OR STRESS? IM GETTING PAINS AND A TIGHT FEELING IN MY CHEST ITS BEHINE MY NECK AND ACROSS MY SHOULDER. I had two pppbad attacks last nite i called the 24 hour servis, she says the sighns i was getting last nite were that of panic, my left hand has pain in it my fingers go numb and so can my lip.But i didnt think it could carry on comming the next day. can anyone help me? :confuse:
