Thanks for your post
Day 18 is almost over, yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Had all day slow aggravating craves... Nothing too server, just annoying..
I just kept moving, distracting myself... I relly got alot accomplished at work.. Ate too much again.
Jogged again this am.. up to 15 min. My goal is to be able to jog 3 miles for fun!!! This should allow me to keep up with my 8 yr old son..... (maybe)

You guys are doing great!!! Just remember NOPE. That junkie thinking can come from out of nowhere, slap it and keep going. I all boils down to how much do you really want this quit. If you can answer Yes, then you are doing just fine :)
Keep the Quit

Congrats to you Starrider!!!
Day 17 is almost over..
Craves are so anoying.. not strong just there.
The great news is I feel better that ever and my energy level is out the roof!! I have organized everything I can get my hands on..
I should rent myself out until I go back to normal.. Or maybe having energy is how a NON SMOKER FEELS!!!
PS Jogged 1/2 mile today before I had to slow down to walk a lap!!
Just a few days ago, I could only jog for 60 min.. HOW sad is that?
