I see by your stats that you are at 80 days. I know for me when ever I reached a milestone I would crave more, I mean a lot more. This will pass, try your best to keep occupied doing other things. Remember how good it feels to be a non-smoker and always remember that you don't want to go back to the beginning again. Your stats prove that you can do this. What is wrong with me. I haven't had bad craves since early on and suddenly for some dumb reason I can't stop thinking about having a smoke. Normally I will think about it now and again and dismiss it just as quickly. Today it has been HELL!!!!!!!!! What is wrong with me?
