Hey guys its been a real hard climb and its still very hard for me but i'm staying strong and now I have a month being smoke free :) Sure theirs somethings I miss about smoking, but its so much better feeling healthier and not smelling like a cig every 30 minutes just feels great and my chest feels so much better really all I can say :) But i'm real glad to be a non smoker and I will keep this quit going for the rest of my life. I just cant imagine going back to smoking after this period of time just seems gross to me. However I still know theirs a lot more I need to do inorder to stay smoke free but I have all my craving coping skills down and I feel real positive I can stay smoke free. Best of wishes to everyone and stay smoke free
