we have
1.Posted here and received at least 10 replies.
2.Chatted with another member in IM
3.Phoned at least 2 friends to agree that smoking makes sense.
Unless you have done ALL of the above 3 you MUST not smoke
The penalty is no hugs from Phil for a week!!
