Hi Boldinaz,
Keep holding up. Remember that smoking actually creates more stress and actually does not relieve anything. Try deep breathing 12 times in a row instead. Its the same a smoking but without the harmful chemicals.
You can do it! Best wishes.

Hey guys I was doing real good until up to now thanks to some family related issues that have came up and put a lot of stress in me.... i'm trying my best to stay smoke free but every night is a battle and right now the nic demon is winning :( Late at night i'm thinking why am I even bothering to try and quit with all this stuff going on now sorry cant really explain it to personal lol... But this next week is going to tell how serious i am about quiting but I will try my best I know its all mind power now since i'm past the first two weeks but its just so so so hard to keep fighting all the time. But hopefully I stay smokefree and make it through this hard time
