Days 14,15,16.... we pure heck for me. It is not the family stress that is getting to you, it is that darn monster. Now ask yourself will the situation with your family change if you smoke. Now ask yourself if you do not smoke, who has the power you or the monster. Beleive me I have been where you are right now and I gave in. It is so not worth it. Smoking will only add to the problems and then you have to start all over again. Remember the sweats, the skin crawling, nasty mood, pacing and on and on, remember? Do you really want to that all over again? I didn't thinks so. Hang in there.
