bold Do your best to stick with the water. Since I quit I am never without water now. Its as if I am addicted to the stuff...Thats probably because 90% of me is water anyway...The point is there really is something about the need for nicotine and dehydration that has yet to be explained to me in physiological terms. But there is a relationship, so drink, drink and drink more... The other thing you might consider is a good multi vitamin. Get lots and lots of exercise...You are freeing up your lungs, go out and use them...Remember it is a proven fact that exercising the large muscles of the body is a great anti-depressant...Your doing very well, just put one foot in front of the other and you will walk right on out of this addiction... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 221 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,630 Amount Saved: $1,547.00 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 10 Mins: 22 Seconds: 18

No way should you put nicotine back into your body! You are pretty much past the point of worstness - it does let up before you know it. For me also it was the end of week 1/beginning of week 2 that were bad - (a lot worse than I expected) but it didn't last - and I'm so mglad I hung in there, and I want you to as well!! You are so close to things easing up a bit Boldy - it's so worth hanging on... Well done you!! bold Yee hah! So glad to hear you're noticing it getting easier and that you're experiencing some of the positives. You've been through the worst of it, and it will continue to get better. Sounds like you're prepared for the craves when they do hit. Thanks for promising to not smoke. Enjoy your reward. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 134 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,360 Amount Saved: $911.20 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 18 Mins: 9 Seconds: 49

Bold, With that attitude how can you lose? I find: "it's not so much the method you use....but the state of mind you use it with." Congrats boldinaz, that is the right attitude to have. Stay positive, stay focused, it gets easier. Just 2 weeks ago I was questioning everything about my quit, now I feel like a free man, it happend that quick for me. Yes, I still have craves, but nothing like I did a month ago, now I just laugh, and understand that everytime I crave, I'm healing inside. You can beat the junkie inside you, enjoy your reward, you deserve it!! Yup i'm going to go see a movie this weekend not sure which one yet and then i'm going to bestbuy to buy myself a nice reward gift :) I also plan to chew a ton of gum and drink a lot of ice water this weekend as that helps with the cravings I get the most. I've also noticed the cravings have went way down after this past week and I feel a lot more healthy and everything taste and smells better also. I will keep this quit going for the rest of my life.
