Good stuff, 3 weeks is brilliant...I do hope that the pain in your foot is diminishing...Struggling with this thing is not exactly my idea of a good time, but being released is heaven on earth.
When you get to the point of at which this becomes more of a choice as opposed to being an obsession to be resisted, these times will act as a reminder of why you never ever will pick up a cigarette again...
