It's going great, I so looked forward to it & it wa so hard to do the whole program. Not that I haven't had some jumkie thoughts, ( I just shout WOOHOO!!) or some mood swings, ( I highly resommend telling off every jerk, b***h & a*****e that gets in your way & then telling everyone it's your first few days without the patch. Very liberating!) but I know I am not feeding the junkie anymore & that feels fabulous!

The nekkid, "unplugged & unhooked" version of "No Smokey Hokey Pokey" is absolutely my favourite. So clean, so unaddicted. I think "Take this Smoke & Shove it" is really underrated though. I'd like to request the ever-popular "You Don't Bring me Cancer".
