I had my first one last night. It was strange cause it felt totally real and I woke up thinking I was a smoker again. it took me a few minutes then it felt great.

Smoking dreams are normal. Aren't you glad they are a dream and not reality?
One of my smoking dreams was, I was smoking and telling a close friend all about my quit and how many days I had. And they looked at my hand holding a cig and said "Really?" LOL
Keep the Quit

You guys are both doing awesome, keep it up! Those dreams are very common. I once woke in the middle of the night actually tasting cigarette smoke, freaked me right out for a minute! They will stop eventually.

I did it twice last night. Dreamed I lost my quit in front of people I do not want to disapoint. I felt defeated and ashamed. Maybe that was Just a warning for me to be careful on my drive home and do not forget how important just one puff could be.
I won't smoke today. I do not want to be a smoker. I can beat the Demon with my thoughts. Todays quote is a good one. I"ll be back.
