on your day two remeber that
your body is adjusting and that cravings will ,pass. What helped me the most during the first week is always looking back at the reasons why I wanted to quit, this always seemed to give me that little something to get over the urge. Cragdulations
Hang on! The first few days are indeed trying, but that feeling of utter disorientation and confusion will pass before you know it. Take care of your body during this time, treat yourself to things you enjoy. Endulge yourself, you deserve it!! Congratulations on 2 days, It will get easier. I have made it through two day. This morning has been the worst. I am chewing gum like crazy and I am very tired. I know this will pass. I looked around this board last week before my quit date and was amazed at all the support. It is so great to see such caring people that are encouraging each other. Good luck to all.
