Get right back on the bike! Be prepared for a nasty few days though Lady. It always seems to bite a bit harder after a slip, so have all your ammunition ready (guns too if need be)
Hang in there! We are here if you need us, just post! :)

I quit smoking in March. On May 21 I had a shoulder replacement done. Well for four weeks i couldn't do anything, I mean nothing, I wasn't sleeping but 4 hrs at nite. I slipped, don't ask me why but I did. After only a few days I started feeling the effects of smoking, I felt worse, my nose stopped up, smoking was taking me over again. The Dr released me to do lite stuff and drive this week, as of today I am trying again, if you fall off the horse you've got to get right back on. Wish me luck.
