hay everyone,
thanks for the warm welcome. I have a tough ride ahead but I feel I have what it takes to overcome this very very !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! difficult time. Baby steps is the key.
Hi Moca,
I know what your feeling! I have suffered from gad, pd, and ptsd after a car accident a few months ago. I have been slowly been working through things through support from friends, family and my Dr. My panic attacks are ****her apart and less intense than they were in the beginning. This site has really helped me out...I hope you will find that the people here can help you too!

Moca,
You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.
If you have any question or concerns with our €œTOOLS€, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net. We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Josie
Hi Moca I suffer from pd gad and agoraphobia as well. I had a great day yesterday but today was just awful! I said to my friend tonight that I too, wanted my life back. It seems like it never ends. It helps me to chat with others on here so hopefully it will help you too. Welcome!!
Hi everyone I would like to properly introduce myself to the group. My name is moca and I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia. Today I had another panic attack on the train and it was awful. I am really afraid that I will not get back my life. I have been experiencing these symptoms for the past three months. Prior to this I had a very active lifestyle and now I am afraid to even leave my house. I really hope things get better.
