oh! and if you three feel like it, Mr Ed's stats train is a good thing to be on...he keeps track of everybody's stats and posts the milestones daily. Also, it's kind of helpful to have a support group within a support group...many of us have them acording to what month we quit.

I must say after day 3-4 it lightens up a lot. It's almost as if you can go 30 minutes to an hour - even when not doing anything - without thinking of a ciggarette. that's amazing because the first 48hours are spent thinking about smoking.
All you need is 3 days and it gets easier and easier.
