panic attacks can last any time amount. i had one for 4 days last week. the general feeling that something is wrong and real scared feeling for no reason.
Hi, I'm curious about others' timeframes. I've only had anxiety attacks for a month, but sometimes the attack lasts a really long time. 2 of the the longest ones were both over 6 hours of constant waves of dizziness and numbness in my hands and feet. The first one I just sat on the floor hoping that if I passed out I would hurt myself less. The second one was on a Sunday and I just laid in bed, figuring if I pass out I'm in the safest place for it. I haven't found anything in the things I've read that indicate panic attacks last more than an hour or so, I would like to hear from others that have the "long attacks". Thanks.
