I had those "milestone" craves for a while too. In fact, I started dreading milestones. For me, I think it was tied into being used to rewarding myself with a cig for a job well done. Once I figured that out, I anticipated the possibility and prepared for it. Rewards are good. Just like gifts to others, they don't have to be expensive, it's just the thought that counts ;) Have you seen that thread with free and low cost rewards? Has some good suggestions. Now, if you can afford expensive rewards for every milestone, I've got plenty of suggestions for those too.....lol
