Hi, radar. There seems to be a lot of that "bad day" stuff going around lately. You got thru it & you didn't smoke!!! That means you can certainly get thru a good day & you'll have way more of those.

Radar,
Congrats on your first month as a non-smoker! Today should be better for that fact alone. I see a reward in your future. Those first weeks are a big deal and you should be terribly proud of yourself :)
All the best

Well done Radar!
You got through another one and they're not getting harder, they're getting easier. Recharge your quit batteries because there's no telling how long you have to the next trial. You made the right choice, the one you won't regret. Not smoking really is the only choice. The struggle is not between smoking or not smoking, that's not it. The struggle is to keep your quit and keep it strong. You did so great today!

Radar,
You got through it without a smoke! That's just how it's done, and the big cuddle from hubby was a helpful bonus. Be nice to him today.
Great going!

I have had a really rough day today.
Burst out crying and nearly walked out of my job.
Bit hard when it's our own business.
Hubby gave me a cuddle and kiss and made me feel heaps better.
Said he was really proud of me.
I could have gone a smoke but decided it wasn't going to make me feel better definetly only worse.
Looking forward to tomorrow. :|
