Hey McL,
One slip doesn't a make a failure. Glad you are right back on top of your quit.
One question...how did it taste after all that time? Every time I am tempted I wonder about it.

Hi folks
Okay, I'm owning up - I smoked on Saturday night at a wedding. Have done the guilt thing but I don't want a pity party. It was important for me to acknowledge it though. Anyway I'm a big girl so I'm picking myself up, dusting myself down and reaffirming to staying smoke free.
Ever onward
Sharon
