There must be more to it. Something deeper and more logical has to bring on craves.
If the brain is a chemical factory and different things produce different chemicals why wouldn't something we do produce a chemical that brings on reminders of smoking? We already know that stress produces chemicals in the body...right?
So...could it be something we feel.....something we eat or drink that produces a chemical that re-acts in the brain?
