Congrats on your quit. You are doing just great!
:)
And yes, it is nice to not have to go outside for a smoke in the rain and cold! Don't miss that part at all

Good job Valic glad to see the craves are better. It is nice to not worry about running outside for a smoke isn't it. It used to be a big part of my day and for the most part don't miss it. Good luck and keep the quit :)

Hey everyone,
I think the cravings have toned down a bit. I was craving massive last week to the point where I wanted to rip my hair out. But this week only 1 or 2 craves. Does that mean progress. Ya know I know this may sound mean but yesterday is was pouring rain here and I was watching all the smokers go outside and get soaked and I had to laugh. I am so glad that is not me anymore, keep on with the quits! N.O.P.E. ~Valic
