Hey need2quit.
I get the same reaction from the patch (the sore muscle ) But the soreness decreases after time.Cravings are a pain in the ass too but they also will decrease in time as well.Your fairly early in your quit so your going to have to be a little patient with your self and give the bod a chance to heal.
I think the thing thats helping me the most is just reading the posts here.There,s always somebody here that has had the same or similar experience somewhere during their quit that i,m going through and their advice gives me another point of view.
I don,t know how long you,ve smoked ?? so I can,t realy advise you about your use of the patch their may be another form of N.R.T.that you,ll be more comfortable with.
I don,t use a nozzle thingy I use a beer mug for my water !! it has a saying on it " Go Hard Or Go Home " kind of keeps me focused on what I,m doing. ;p
LOL no biggie bear!! Wow, almost 2 months for you! Way to go! I am going on 2 weeks, and it seems like the cravings are still strong...what's helped you the most? Aside from the thingy...lol I think i'm going to stop using the patch, I feel like I've worked out for 24 hrs a day - my muscles hurt from it! (the patch)
