Hi Kat -
Take the time to go back, and to dig deep and figure out why you keep going back and forth... I have a really tough question for you, and that is, is your desire to quit stronger than your desire to light up?
If we can't answer that question with yes, we're not going to have a forever quit, because were not ready.
If you don't change what you're doing, how you're feeling, and focus and ground your quit and your commitment to your quit, you will go up and down, back and forth, and nothing will change.
Think about it, and let us know how we can support you!
My best advice for you is to spend as much time as possible on the site -reading and reading, and reading and reading more... those who went before you took the time to share their journeys with you and with me. Allow those threads to guide you through the darkness and into the light. You will read about challenges, about what to do, and what not to do -- and you will also learn something very important --- learning how to build up your coping skills for the tough times is absolutely mandatory for it successful quit.
Love and blessings-
