GREAT JOB kitkat! I am proud of you for going to the mall. :o) Way to go!
So is this a scientific method?
Did you stop taking Celexa because of the Linden Method or where you already doing that? That is wonerful. I am thinking and praying right now on getting of the paxil that I am taking. I don't take very much, it is a low dose of 7.5mg. It probably isn't doing much for me. I will start with going down to 5mg and then 2.5mg and then none, hopefully, if I get the guts :o).

Its to do with Meridian Points which you tap to release blocked energy.
I have bought a book on it and it is fascinating. It can clear all sorts of phobias etc. I am so hoping it will work for my driving fears and agoraphobia. It hasn't worked totally for me yet but it has certainly improved the situation. I drove to a shopping mall and shopped for a while today which I haven't done for ages.
It could be that its not worked totally for me yet because I have just finished weaning myself off of Celexa which I have taken for 5 years. So basically my body is also having to get used to not having this drug in my body either. It certainly makes me feel very positive and less fearful.
Basically, it involves affirmations and then tapping certain body areas while repeating affirmations.
Tapping with say, two fingers.
I tried it...it seemed to work initially but now I have stopped.
There are therapists who will administer this technique for a fee.
Some here, have found it helpful....
