Thanks everyone...rough day.....but when I look at my graph thingie...havent had strong cravings for over a month, so what's one day of discomfort vs a lifetime of clean lungs? Today might be related to passing 50 days..or leading up to 60 days..who knows? it sucks, but I'll get through it
N.O.P.E.!!!!!

Hi!
I think you have the 60 day cravings. They will go away just as soon as they snuck up on you.
I ignored all the warnings because I didn't want to talk myself into anything. Got them again at 90 days..they too shall pass!
You are doing great! Just do what you learned to do in the beginning of your quit. Ole nick is knocking on your door to see if you are still around. You didn't think he would go without a fight did ya? :)
