Hey all,
Yes I am still on my quit journey. And today was the worst day! I woke up and instantly brain said cigerrette. But I had changed my morning routine up a little bit so I ignored it. Then I am usually fine for the work morning. Not til lunch time does he pop up again. But this morning would not leave me alone. I went on my morning break I go into our break room and do my word search puzzles. And all through it I could hear "you want one you want one" like a drum beat or something. But I beat it back and screamed in my mind "NO!!!" But I had to keep doing that all day, and now I am mentally exhausted but I did not smoke! I am having a nice dinner tonight (reward) and going to bed. Tomorrow is another GREAT smoke free day (I hope) N.O.P.E. ~Valic
