Jonthedj,
First off, here is the link to a thread about cost free rewards that I hope will help. Remember, rewards don't have to cost money. Click here
Have you ever thought of going to see a recruiter or an agency to help you in your search?

(Jon Needs to vent)]
The worst part of this whole system is this rewards thing. I am not in a good financial state. When I started quitting I thought of all the cool stuff I could buy/ reward myself with. Now I dont even know how I ever afforded to smoke in the first place.
Ive been looking for a new job since Feb. I have a great job teaching music lessons and running the whole music program at this store. I work about 40 hours a week total, been here for over 5 years. The sad part is the owner is cheap and I only make about 20,000 a year here. I have a wife and a son who I barely get to see because I ahve to work so late.
So in feb. started applying for jobs that would pay slightly better, but get a foot int he door at some company where I could move up. So I have basically been applying for simple Admin jobs at large companies. Ive applied to at least 30-40 places online. I ahve recieved only 1 response for an interview. Enterprise rent a car offered me $10 an hour for a 6 day 50 HR a week position. What a joke.
Just feeling discouraged and depressed. It wont make me smoke, just wanted to vent. Hopefully this post isnt too off topic and wont get deleted.
:confuse:
2 weeks is something to be very proud of, I know I was. Be proud! It is awesome!!! Congrats on your 2 weeks!
