Well put Mercy!! I hope that we can all realize that life hands us many positives and negatives whether we smoke or not! Thanks for putting this into terms we can all relate to.

Hi,
Got to thinking again about another way to look at this. We seem soooooo focused on all the NO's we say all day to not having a cigarette. We give it more credit than it deserves.
Have you stoped to think of all the other NO's we say to ourselves everyday? How many NO's do we say to desert when we really want the brownie sunday? How many NO's do we say when we want to buy that sweater that costs way too much money? How many NO's do we say about staying out late when we have to work the next day?
Saying NO to unwise things is just a part of life. There's No Butts about it....we just say NO.
Mercy
