Feeling Sick

I definitely get the nausea, but it is usually first thing in the morning along with my morning anxiety. Coupled with many trips to the bathroom. Panic/anxiety causes your body to go into fight or flight mode, increasing adrenaline, etc. So your body reacts as though being attacked physically. Part of that is your digestive system reacting.

Hi Sammi. I get nausea and feel like I need to use the bathroom when I'm having an attack. Not exactly sure what you mean by the biggest part of the day, but I dont "stay" in attack mode all day. Normally it just comes then goes and then the anxiety stays with me for a little while. Now that I'm medicated it seems the anxitety goes away quickly.

Does anyone feel nausea while having anxiety attacks? Also, do any of you stay in an attack for the biggest part of the day?
