you tell your friend that thats nothing but her not really wanting to quit,before i threw the ciggs down this time, ihad stopped smoking for quite a while , then went on vacation. guess what? I smoked, thinking i could just do it for that week, and throw them back down when i got back home. ha! i hated myself! i really beat myself up bad. got really depressed , smoked some more,because i felt like it didnt really matter anyway,and i didnt realize till much later i really messed up. tell her that it just wont work. PERIOD!!!! you concentrate on you, ok im taking one day at a time, and this time im gonna win!
