I seem to be full of questions today... :p
I'm just curious,are we supposed to just "accept" that we have a panic disorder,or are we supposed to "fight"it?
What i mean is,if i tell myself "ok,i suffer from panic attacks and it's just something i have to deal with and learn to manage",is that gonna help me more in the longrun more than if i tell myself "ok,i suffer from panic attacks,i am gonna fight these symptoms every inch of the way,i am not gonna have this disorder,i can beat this,etc."
And what about during a panic attack,is it better to just "let" all the physical symptoms happen or to fight them and prevent them from happening?
