I remember going to bed early ALoT in the beginning. This time of day, early evening was the hardest for me. Hang in there, it is "DoAbLe"

Almonds are good for you. Lately I have gotten rather fond of cottage cheese with blueberries. I buy bags of frozen blueberries, grab a handful and run it under hot water for a sec and throw them on top of a healthy scoop of cottage cheese. YUM.
Keep coping mechanisms handy for those 'craves', and always give them time to pass---NOPE!

Timetofindmywillpower,
On the contrary, it may be in your best interest to start planning for these conflicts now before they actually happen. Give yourself an alternative in times of stress to picking up that cigarette and lighting it.
Also be sure to reward yourself for your three days of hard work!

Good job. Quitting does not have to be all that bad. Just keep the stinking thinking at bay and you will be fine. Gonna forgot to tell you about the frozen grapes. Try some they are good. Just hang in there and you will be fine.

Hold on, hold on. That ol nicodemon is attacking you. Do your breathing exercises. Do anything to get your mind off of it. Don't lose the battle. Smoking will only take care of this crave and then you will have another, another, another. Take one crave at a time and battle it out. Which do you really want? To quit or to lite up. Glad you came to us. NOPE ( NOT ONE PUFF EVER)
