I remember the sleepless nights at the start of the quit and they continued for about 3 weeks I think. I was really spaced out about it but decided to cut myself a HUGE chunk of slack because the early days are a big challenge.
You are being honest about how you feel which is the best way to deal with feelings. Rant and rave all you need to and for as long as it is interesting for you - you're coping that's all. Look at yourself - you are doing this and that is GREAT.

I just love your posts. I haven't been sleeping well lately (not a non-smoking issue at this stage) and was up at 4am. I should have logged into here and chatted with you!

You are doing just great! Remember that all these feelings are temporary and life will return to some sort of normal soon. Hang in there.

How are you this morning? Try relaxation techniques before bed and ease yourself into sleep before your husband!
Have him roll on his side to ease the snoring and perhaps have a doctor check this out for the safety of both of you :)
