Windy you got your wish in the form of chocolate cake. They had a cake for me Monday night and I brought what was left over home. Half of a sheet cake. I now have eaten that minus the frosting. Eat healthy breakfast, walk, eat cake, eat healthy lunch, eat cake, snack is cake and then dinner. Hope you enjoy this. It makes me sick and I know I am getting another cake tomorrow night!!! HELP LOL. Okay here goes my up date. Lost 3.4 pound last week. Still trying to do an hour on the treadmill at least 5 times a week and counting calories. Big down fall was going to my brother-in-laws this week-end. He is such a good cook :p Ate everything including 2 pieces of pecan pie. I know but it was sooooooooooooooooo good. So maybe I can Sunday my free day :eg: Will report back next week. Well, well, here we go again. Monday, <1200 calories and 1 hour on the treadmill - Total +10,000 steps, Tues <1500 calories and 1 hour on treadmill - Total +10,000 steps, Wed not over yet :p 1 hour on tread mill. I am doing at least 1 hour on treadmill and finish the day with at least 10,000 steps. I want to keep my calories under 1500 per day, but I hope I don't get to ridged with this. Tip ;p at one of our grocery stores have sugar free fudge bars. 35 calories for one and you get your chocolate!!!!! We can all work together and use the available knowledge and support. Concentrate on your quit and gradually take note of what you can do to maintain your weight. Check with your doctor to come up with and eating and exercise plan that is right for you. Use water, veggies and fruits for snacks and in between meals.
