Stubborn,
I went back and forth through the wringer around the 30 day mark. It lasted 4/5 days and during the that time, I layed low when I could. I went back to what I did the first week I quit.
Deep breathing, extra water, tea, watching tv, early to bed...that kind of thing. And eventually it did pass and now I'm back on an even keel.
That doesn't mean I still don't have to fight ol' nick from time to time, but its definitely more manageable than it was. And I FULLY expect it will get easier yet!
Hang on tight. Think TEMPORARY, because that's what these miserable feeling are. They won't last.
