Jan, Sounds like you're having a rough go over there :) I vote for a nap, helps your body to heal. Keep strong and congrats on day 2! Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

Jan It is SOOOOOOO great to have you back on track - congratulations on your quit. I remember the first few days - I was completely spaced out - it can be fun if you approach it properly. As for the lunches - tell them they are making their own!!! You deserve to kick back this week Jan and truly indulge. All the very best to you. The beginning of the quit can be like that. When I quit, I sort of put everything else on hold as well. I definately wasn't doing too well at work but they were patient with me. You are doing what it takes to get through Hell week. Everything else can wait. You will look back on this time and laugh. Great job of getting through the morning with a great attitude! I vote for the nap :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 562 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,251 Amount Saved: $1967 Life Gained: Days: 50 Hrs: 18 Mins: 53 Seconds: 26

LOL, Jan. On my second day, I found my mind under the front seat of the car. Guess that's where I lost it on day 1. :gasp: Having a sense of humor about all you're experiencing is great, Jan. Makes the whole process much easier. So induluge yourself, you deserve it, and take all the no-brainer days you want. Hubby can take up the slack and survive. Might not be as good as you'd do, but that's ok. :) Keep up the great quit, Jan.
