Hey Deb,
Awesome. I am right behind you. I know by reading you post that I'll never catch you...you'll alway be a few days ahead which is great. I can't wait until the one month milestone. It will be a day to cheer, but I'm not sure how I'll feel. How do you cheer your self accomplishments when it comes to your own health?
Tell me how you feel. Inside. For you?

As of today I have been smoke free for one month. I am so proud of myself. I just shared my stats with my husband and he too is very proud of me. I get amazed that hours and days pass without me even thinking about smoking. I have made it this far one day at a time, I plan to continue my journy forward using the same method, one day at a time. Thanks to all here at SSC, getting through those first couple weeks was easier to handle with good support.
Have a nice evening,
Debbie

Thanks to all for the positive support and praise. I have been rewarding myself daily so I am not doing anything major for this milestone. I would like to share to anyone struggleing with the first month a personal event. This morning I told my two oldest children that mom has been smoke free for 30 days, no sneaking around or hiding from them. I told them to remember this stage I have gone through, starting to smoke was easier than stopping. My reward for quiting (besides my health) is the hope that my children will never pick up their moms unhealthy habit. Just wanted to ramble.
Congrats also to INTERESTING, glad to know we're still sharing anniversary's.
Deb

Congratulations on your 30 days -- isn't that wonderful??!! Your kids must be so proud of you.
Huge pat on the back -- sorry I'm late.
