One suggestion, is if you have a room in your house that you never smoked in....take the phone in there, and stay in there for the duration of the call. My first few weeks, when I would get on the phone, I would go in my bedroom, because I never smoked in there (I always smoked outside and took the phone with me). I've gotten brave enough recently during some nice weather to talk on the phone outside.....and I did just fine. Take small baby steps to begin with. Your retraining yourself how to do everyday things without cigs. This will take some time, but take it from me....I promise it get's easier. I can get on the phone now and not even think about lighting up. Your doing great!
