Hi all,
Well it's been 17 days now and I'm feeling rather good. I'm now starting to quit other things that I felt I had to do to make it through the first couple of weeks; such as, eating at subway everyday for lunch. Tomorrow I will attempt to quit driving all over the place at lunch time. The psycological things are starting to leave me and I feel confident in my quit. I have even been around a couple of smokers and managed not to cave. I know that your supposed to stay away completly but to think that that will always be possible is a bit naive I think. So on I go through my journey of the quit. Finally I am a singer who can sing the way I could when I was younger. Thank you all for your support. I will be in touch.

Congrats JoJo.....That's fantastic. Pat yourself on the back and reward yourself. I love the rewards, sometimes I reward myself daily with a little something, whatever it takes to get me to the next day. Keep going strong!!
