Me thinks you should do a bit of "considering" here. You are letting the junky take over your thinking and once that happens, he also takes over your actions....if you have the smokes and you are once again checking in here, well my advice is to crush them and run water over them. You have 40 days....excuse me, but smoking now is insane! and will I feel bad if I can't deter you from doing it??? not really....your smoking will only make YOU feel badly. Don't you see....you are giving in and letting your addiction call the shots once again. You are an ADDICT! You are going to have to fight these urges....going to the store for sickarettes should NOT be one of your options......instead your plan should be a walk, a run, a hot shower, a workout at the gym, a movie and a sinful snack, a pillow punching cursing episode.....but NOT a trip to by smokes!
Why do I think a smoke, Right Now! Will placate me to my present situation ( that being comfortable and safe and what I asked for )?
You think these things cause you are an ADDICT and you are letting the addiction do the thinking!!! Get back in control....destroy those damned smokes NOW
