No you don't want a cigarette!!! What are you crazy  Go over your list of reason why you want this quit. Do it now!!!
Do you know what you feel like if you give into your want? You will feel depair like no other. You will feel sick to your stomach. You will feel shame. You will want to slap the heck out of yourself. Then you when you are though with that, you will have come here and admit that you smoked :gasp: Do you really want that??
Now take some deep breaths. Look in the mirror and tell yourself I am a non-smoker :) I have 32 days and I do not want to reset my quit meter. I deserve this quit!!! Come on you can do this!!!
Now if you can think of a really and mean a really good reason to light up let us know and then wait and see how many of us will join you.
Sending you a big (((HUG)))
Sparky
